Bliss Dance - Pole Dance Fitness

Pole Dancing is a fabulous, fun class that is seriously addictive! Pole Dancing is very progressive so you achieve lots of mini milestones along the way! Many join alone and others join in groups, whichever way you join, you will make so many friends in this class due to its fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Pole Dancing is particularly great for toning and defining your arms, shoulders, back and abs!

Classes are paid for Monthly and need pre booking as we have a maximum of 3 people to a pole to ensure a great, quality pole lesson and workout! Each course starts at the beginning of each calendar month. There are no limits on fitness level or size.
